The complex, situated at the intersection of the 4th metro line, Kelenföld Railway Station, and the M1-M7 highway city entrances, is easily accessible from the city center in just 10 minutes via direct routes. The office complex includes 3,500 m² of commercial and service areas, complemented by 2,500 m² of green space. The ground floor of the building hosts various shops and services.

The horizontal fire compartments between the levels were closed at the ceiling penetrations, with vertical fire protection being achieved using fire-rated, water-cooled (or non-water-cooled) curtains installed between the columns, adapted to the available water supply, which was pre-consulted with the designers during the planning phase. The fire protection functions of the Coolfire fire-rated structures in the Budapest ONE - Vodafone office building are ensured by the Coolfire service and maintenance team, ensuring their up-to-date operation, extended lifespan, and smooth daily use.
