Maintaining an exclusive environment while adhering to fire safety regulations presented a significant challenge when installing fire-rated doors for compartmentalized sections.

In collaboration with Finta Studio, Coolfire Ltd. implemented fire curtains that preserve the exceptional interior design. Installed in a concealed form behind the suspended ceiling, these curtains remain hidden and only close in case of fire. The vertical guide rails are integrated with the closing profile of the glass wall, fully compliant with fire protection standards. • Floor Stairwells (10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25): concealed above the suspended ceiling, measuring 5000*3000 mm.
• Basement Levels (-3, -2, -1): vehicle passageways between levels, measuring 7500*2200 mm.
• 1st Floor Dining Area: for closing a 15-meter-wide by 8-meter-high opening.
